Guitar Hive directory of guitar builders

Help us build a directory of independent builders of handmade and custom guitars.

I was driven to start Guitar Hive by a love of the guitar and am motivated every day by the passion, skill, and craftsmanship of the the many independent guitar builders I speak to here, on Twitter, and on Facebook.

Every one of them has a story to tell, many of which you'll find in the interviews we've done with them (which you can find under the 'Guitar Builders' menu at the top of the page). And every one devotes huge amounts of time and effort into making beautiful guitars. People Virgil, and Jon, and Ken. Others like Chris, Thomas, and Steve. The list goes on and on,

Sadly, I can't interview every guitar builder on the planet, much as I'd like to try :-) So I've asked as many as I can find to tell you themselves about the guitars they build and how you can find out more about them.

If you're a guitar builder, please add your details and tell us your story using the form at the bottom of the page. We'll then publish it on a separate page and link to it from here, so that this page becomes a directory of guitar builders. I'd love it if you submitted photographs of your guitars too, and if you include a link to a page on your site, we'll link back to it.

If you're not a guitar builder, but know someone who is, please tell them about this page and encourage them to add their details. My aim is for it to become the 'go to' directory on the Internet for anyone who's looking for custom-built and handmade guitars.

One more thing: tell us as much as you want about your guitars and your business, but focus on providing information, rather than selling. Think of it as a way to 'warm up' potential customers before they get to your site. Thanks!

Add your business to our directory of guitar builders

Please tell us about you, your company, and the guitars you build. Include a link to a page on your site and we'll make it live when we edit your submission. Please also say where you are, geographically, and include your business phone number, if you like.

While you could copy and paste from the about me page on your website, we strongly discourage it. Our readers can find that information on your site. Please use this as an opportunity to tell them in your own words why they should look for more information on you and the guitars you build.

And don't forget to include a photograph or two!
